It’s sizzling hot in London and I am not complaining! With that comes lighter clothes, brighter colours, and a wide variety of body shapes and styles on full display.
But for some, this season can stir up discomfort. You might feel hyper-aware of your own body. Maybe summer came and your health goals didn’t. Maybe that “summer body” you imagined never showed up.
Now you’re left with two choices.

Will it change your body? No.

Try one of these:
🔹 Look in the mirror and name 3 things you like — no negativity allowed.
🔹 Dress in clothes that make you feel good now — not when you’ve “lost the weight.”
🔹 Talk to yourself with the same kindness you’d give a loved one who felt the way you feel.
You don’t have to love everything. But accepting yourself as you are is the first step to changing what you want — without shame, blame, or guilt.
