  • 91% of respondents in a recent survey said having an unmanageable amount of stress or frustration negatively impacted the quality of their work.

  • 46% of Gen Z and 39% of millennials say they feel stressed all or most of the time, (2023 Deloitte Global Millennial survey).

  • There is also an increased level of burnout since last year. 83% of respondents say burnout from work can negatively impact their personal relationships. Nearly half of millennials say they have left a job specifically because they felt burned out.

  • No one is immune even if they have a passion for their job. 87 % of professionals surveyed say they have passion for their current job but 64 % say they are frequently stressed.

  • Nearly 70 % of professionals feel their employers are not doing enough to prevent or alleviate burnout and 21 % of respondents say their company does not offer any programs to prevent or alleviate burnout.
