When Life Disrupts Your Health…
I know what it’s like when life knocks the wind out of you.
In 2021, my 2nd year of Long Covid, I thought I was finally turning a corner—
until grief from losing a close family member sent my health spiraling downhill again.
At the time, I had been working as a community pharmacist for 17 years.
Returning to long, physically demanding shifts was a challenge and filled with
many couldn'ts - I couldn't stand for 5 minutes, I couldn't carry heavy items even
though someone would find them light, I couldn't talk without getting breathless.
I couldn’t see a way out.
But with help and support I did find a way. And now I help others do the same.
You don’t have to stay overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck in survival mode.
