If you feel stuck and don't know where to start, this is for you. 

 

Whether you feel there are so many things you need to change or you just don't know what to do, this 30minute session will help you understand what you want, solve the issue of being stuck and create a plan of how to start.

 

This is a gift of a one time session so there is no charge. There will be the option to continue to work together but there will be no obligation to do so.

 

Only the first 10 people to book a date and time on the button below will get the 30 minute session. Sessions can be on zoom, phone call, WhatsApp phone call or WhatsApp video. The choice will be yours.

In a small group of 8, work on achieving your goals. Sessions are divided into learning and coaching & are once a month, on these areas: 
1. Boost your energy
2. Understand the relationship of stress and food
3. Optimum nutrition for your mind to do daily tasks

1st session: 24th October  19:00-20:30 (UK time)
2nd session: 21st November  19:00-20:30 (UK time)
3rd session: 19th December 18:00-19:30 (UK)


The programme requires you to start from the beginning and can not be started in between. Please only book if you are committed to these dates.

"I don't have time to relax"

Every Tuesday 6:30pm (UK time) for 10 minutes only, join us to destress, relax and have fun.

 

Each week is a different activity, which is announced on Tuesday 13:30 (UK time).

 

Knitting was the first activity of the club, then the following week was spending time to write down things we were grateful for in 5 specific life areas.

In this Accountability community, we Celebrate small & big wins, open ourselves to be held Accountable, Encourage, Share, especially those "little" tips and tricks that have worked, Seek advice where we seem to be stuck.

 

The aim is to build up and continue moving forward in our own unique way and achieve Ultimate Freedom. 

 

Unique way therefore means, our individual goals are unique.

 

It could be related to health, career, career transition, social connections, dating, overcoming illness, eating healthy, exercise, drinking water, sleep i.e., ANY area that we are individually working on however small it may look like.

A Long Covid group with a twist.

 

We focus on sharing the small and Big wins as a way of getting encouragement and recognising what's working when for so long we have had to focus on what's not working, in the Long Covid Journey.

 

The group is intended to keep hope alive through the journey of recovery.
