Group Coaching 

My "Dec Prep & Beyond" Online Group Coaching is for you if you prefer working in a group setting.

You will be in the safety of a group of 7 other people with similar struggles and goals, who will also provide an extra network of support and accountability, besides myself.

You are not alone and have not been alone in your struggles. There is a way of getting out of the place you are in.

The place of:
🚫constant exhaustion

🚫waking up feeling tired

🚫not having any energy at the end of the day to do the things you love with the people you love

🚫 resorting to food to make you feel good or deal with hurt/anger/stress

🚫going to look for something and forgetting what you went to look for

🚫remembering events of last year but not remembering what you did yesterday.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 



Imagine a life of:

Sessions are divided into learning and coaching & are once a month, on these areas: 
1. Boost your energy
2. Understand the relationship of stress and food
3. Optimum nutrition for your mind to do daily tasks

​

1st session: 24th October  19:00-20:30 (UK time)
2nd session: 21st November  19:00-20:30 (UK time)
3rd session: 19th December 19:00-20:30 (UK)


The programme requires you to start from the beginning and can not be started in between. Please only book if you are committed to these dates.
