How I Help You

Health Sessions

  • I work with you over 12 intentional sessions to help you create change you can measure & sustain beyond our work together.​

  • ​Location: On Zoom or WhatsApp video/phone call.

  • Depending on your availability, a session can be 15min, 30mins or 60 mins

  • Book A Call or send an enquiry to find out the price for your country.

The sessions will help you:

  1. Take action in practical ways that fit you and your schedule

  2. Build consistency 

  3. Have accountability

  4. Stay committed to the process, despite the challenges that may arise
