The Best Way To Solve Big Problems

When we have a problem, our first thought is usually:
“I just want this gone.”
We want the whole thing removed. We want the mountain to disappear.
And sometimes that works.
But sometimes the mountain is too big to move all at once.
Trying to remove it in one go can feel impossible, overwhelming, and exhausting.
So what if we looked at the mountain differently?
What if instead of trying to move the whole mountain, we started chipping away at it?
One day you chip one side.
Another day you work on another part.
Little by little, you weaken the foundations.
At first, you may not see much change.
You may even wonder:
“Is this really working?”
But every chip matters.
Because what you don’t always see happening is that the roots are becoming weaker.
The structure that was keeping the mountain standing is slowly being dismantled.
Then one day you look back and realise:
The mountain isn’t as big as it once was.
The problem that felt impossible is now manageable.
And eventually, the mountain collapses.
The same happens with our health.
Whether it’s sleep, stress, energy, weight, habits, or other health challenges, we often want the quickest fix. We also want it all solved within that quickest fix.
But lasting change usually comes from understanding the root.
This is how working with a health coach helps.
Instead of only focusing on removing the “symptom”, we work together to understand:
• First Chip: What is keeping the problem in place?
• Second Chip: What habits, thoughts, and patterns need to change?
• Third Chip: What small steps can create lasting results?
Only God and faith can move mountains.
But when it comes to our health, we can choose to work strategically — not just trying to push the mountain away, but strengthening ourselves while dismantling what is keeping it there.
Because when you work from the root, you don’t just solve today’s problem.
You build the skills, awareness, and mindset to handle future challenges differently. Those chips are growing you in ways you don't realise until the next challenge.
Each session is about how to dismantle the mountain, i.e. how to solve the problem that you're facing in your health. Each Session Creates a New Chip Towards Lasting Change
How We Dismantle the Mountain If You're Having Trouble Sleeping
Chip Number | What This Chip Represents | What We Work On | The Result You Start To See |
Chip 1 | Understanding the mountain | Identifying what is affecting your sleep, stress, energy, and daily habits | You understand what is really keeping you stuck instead of just trying random fixes |
Chip 2 | Creating space to switch off | Learning how to transition from a busy day into a calmer evening so your body can prepare for sleep | Your mind and body begin to recognise when it is time to slow down |
Chip 3 | Building your foundation | Creating a realistic sleep routine that works with your lifestyle e.g., frequent travel, work demands, and commitments | Sleep becomes something you support consistently, not something you hope happens |
Chip 4 | Protecting your energy | Exploring how to create breathing space in a packed schedule and stop running on empty | You feel more in control and less like life is constantly draining you |
Chip 5 | Handling the difficult days | Creating strategies for when sleep hasn’t been good but work, deadlines, and responsibilities still continue | You learn how to function without spiralling and support yourself on challenging days |
Chip 6 | Adapting without giving up | Building habits that work around travel & time zones, changing routines, and unexpected life events | You become more flexible and able to maintain progress when life happens i.e. you build adaptable consistency. |
Chip 7 | Strengthening the structure | Identifying thoughts and behaviours that pull you back into old patterns and learning how to change them | You develop a healthier mindset and stronger tools for long-term change. You see things differently and Peace becomes your norm |
Chip 8 | Seeing the mountain collapse | Bringing everything together to maintain the results you've experienced along the way and creating your personal plan moving forward | You leave with strategies that help you sustain your results beyond the sessions |
The goal isn’t just to feel better for a moment.
It’s to create a healthier life that lasts.
Don’t just try to move the mountain.
Start chipping away until it no longer has the power to stand.
You will sleep better, wake up feeling good, well rested, with more energy, lose weight and keep it off, reduce your blood pressure, reduce your blood sugar levels, reduce your belly fat, have a better quality of life e.g., when you have fibroids or endometriosis i.e. whatever your health challenge is, you will lead a healthier happier life.
